Double-layer partition board

Shuangminbian warehouse board is generally used in larger mills. Double-layer wet warehouse board. It is composed of Yixian warehouse board (and machine sieve board) and Houfu plywood (bean blind board).
The advantage of the double-layer partition board of the ball mill is that the material is transported evenly, and the material passing through is not limited by the material level of the adjacent two warehouses, even if the material surface of the front warehouse is lower than the material surface of the rear warehouse. The material can still be increased, so that the proper ball-to-material ratio of each bin can be controlled. The disadvantage of the double-layer partition board is that the structure is complex and accounts for a large effective volume of the ball mill.
